UTF-8 as additional character encoding
Starting with version 2.18rc3-2, Germzilla is available in UTF-8 coding.
Germzilla in ISO-8859-1 coding continues, of course.

Change of naming convention
The language pack does not distinguish between release candidates and releases any more. Germzilla version numbers will not contain a rc any more. Releases will be numbered per Bugzilla version, beginning with 1.
